The current legal warning and information (from now on the “Legal warning”) controls the use of the web service www.eurocom-grupo.com whose holder is EUROCOM BROADCAST S.A. (from now on, EUROCOM) based on Avda. De la Industria 8, 2º PAE Neisa Avance I 28108 Alcobendas, Madrid with Company Tax Code nº A 8213644 registered in Madrid, Book 0 Volume 613, page 8 M-22163 on October 16th 1998.

1. The use of the web www.eurocom-grupo.com and all its services are free and without prejudice that any circumstance can vary according to the ninth clause of these General conditions that controls particularly any of the services included and offered by EUROCOM.

2. Just by using the Eurocom webpage the user expresses to accept without reservation of the current general conditions.

3. The user is forced to not to use the web nor any of the services offered by Eurocom to do activities contrary to the law, the moral and the public order and in general, to use it according to the current general conditions. He is forced to not to use it to make publicity or commercial exploitation and not to send messages by using a false identity and not to hide in any meaning the origin of the message.

4. EUROCOM acts exclusively as a responsible of the website and it is not responsible of the contents that by contrary to the current general condition the user can use or publish, being the user the only responsible of any veracity of the information.

5. The user is forced to respect the restriction of use of www.eurocom-grupo.com and the offered services by EUROCOM at any moment.

6. Eurocom is not responsible of the fails that can be produced in the communication, including the deleting, uncompleted transmission or delay in the sending and it has not the compromise that the transmission is working all the time. Eurocom will not answer in case that a third person by breaking the security rules gets into the messages to use them to send informatics viruses.

EUROCOM has adopted all security system legally demanded for the protection of all personal data given by the user. However, it can not guarantee all the absolute vulnerability of all its security system on the transmission of the website.

7. EUROCOM will be able to interrupt the web service being used by the user and solve immediately the relation with the user if detected a bad use of the services of the mentioned web according to the general conditions.

8. EUROCOM has the right to stop giving any of the services just by communicating on the access screen with fifteen days in advance. It has the right to modify unilaterally at any moment and without advance warning, the presentation of the conditions of the web www.eurocom-grupo.com, and the services offered and the requested conditions for its use, as well.

9. EUROCOM will be able at any moment to modify the condition the current general conditions or to introduce new ones regarding the use of the web and services that the page offers, including the free access. Such modifications will be applied from the moment these modifications start.

10. The parties set the Spanish territory to submit any resolution of any lawsuit that might take place on the court of Madrid.
